CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- Entry Level

 We are seeking individuals to fill entry level positions with our very stable 33 year  company. We do not require previous experience and are looking for dependable individuals we can train to become customer service representatives that will help us serve our customers. You must be someone who enjoys working with people, has good telephone and personal communication skills and are detail oriented. The position requires extensive work on computers, posting payments and working with our existing customers. Must have good basic math skills and the ability to explain detailed information to customers about their payments.

 Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We have four Albuquerque locations. All work is in a modern comfortable office environment..

 You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college or business level courses are a  plus,  bi – lingual  helpful but not necessary for consideration.

 Associated Insurance Professionals, Inc. is a performance based company. Starting pay is $7.50 per hour plus raises and bonuses.

 This is not a position for someone seeking temporary short term employment but rather  individuals who would like to develop their abilities to advance into higher paid positions.

Commercial Insurance Agents

We are looking for motivated individual's who know commercial insurance. The right person should be familiar with commercial auto insurance, general liability, etc. and be able to provide customer service between sales. This would pay commissions only – new & renewal. Applicants would need a computer and a fax and be able to work from home. Having an insurance license is critical to the position. Experience is also vital- please e-mail or fax resume. Commercial Marketing Staff

Applicants would work from home and would be paid based on sales Commercial Agents would get through the leads the marketers obtained. You would need a computer and phone. You could work this as a telemarketing job in your free time. You would set phone appointments and you would get basic training in the products offered.
