Associated Insurance
Professionals, Inc. is expanding our business operations and we now
have employment opportunities available in several of our
Albuquerque, New Mexico office locations.
There are full and part time
entry positions now available for clerical staff, data entry,
customer service, administrative and bookkeeping.
Experience is not necessary. We
will consider individuals who are knowledgeable with Microsoft
computer programs and who demonstrate good work habits. Applicants
will be trained in various parts of our business operations and will
have opportunities to advance within our organization based upon
performance.
We have performance
raises, paid vacations and holidays. All of our employees have the
opportunity to advance.

Personal
Accounts Specialists -

ROLE:
The personal accounts specialist is an integral link in the business
relationship that is created by our agency, our clients, and our
companies. Frequently clients rely on the account specialist to
explain, select and place their insurance coverage’s. The individual
account specialist needs to objectively assess the underwriting
practices of our companies when placing coverage. In additional to
fundamental rating, underwriting, endorsement processing, and
procedural skills; the personal accounts specialist position
requires excellent communication skills combined with sales
abilities.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide superior
service to our clients by promptly responding to their inquiries
and addressing their individual needs to the products and
services our agency provides.
- Complete applications
on behalf of our clients for all Personal lines coverage’s,
including price quotations and comparison, for all of the
companies we represent.
- Underwrite and place
individual risk situations to ensure they meet our agency’s
standards and those of the companies we represent.
- Responsible for
reviewing assigned accounts to assess coverage needs and
recommend changes when necessary.
- Actively develop
account sales for assigned clients by soliciting single policy
clients for additional policy sales in a manner consistent with
our agency marketing plans.
- Assist receptionist
and other agency personnel when necessary.
- Perform additional
functions at the direction of Agency Management.
- Individual account
specialist is responsible for maintaining a daily new business
and payment transmittal with upload reports for Personal lines
business which will be submitted to accounting daily.
- Have all required
forms prepared and readily available, daily.
Education/Experience:
Once you
complete your 90 days and are offered a permanent position you will
have a six month period of time to obtain your vehicle insurance
license.

Commercial Producer Assistant

Experience Necessary Base Pay + Experience + Performance Bonuses - Albuquerque NM ROLE:
The Commercial Producer
Assistant collaborates with the producer to efficiently meet the
needs of the agency and the client. The Commercial producers rely on
the assistant to aid with rating, underwriting and servicing of our
commercial clients. The position requires excellent communication
and organizational skills.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide superior
service to our clients by promptly responding to their inquiries
made by both the Commercial Agents and by the clients.
- Aid in high volume
price quotation entries.
- Maintain individual
client files and process routine customer service correspondence
between our agency, the client and/ or companies including
preparing policy documents and processing of service work.
- Payment processing
back-up to Management & Receptionist for Commercial policies.
- Process Changes

Receptionist - Entry Level -

ROLE:
The receptionist is an integral intermediary between the client and
our agency. For most clients the receptionist will be their first
personal and/or verbal contact. The clients rely on the receptionist
to properly, and accurately, direct their inquiries in addition to
processing payments, receipts and evidences of insurance in a timely
manner.
The individual receptionist needs to objectively assess the needs of
the client to ensure exceptional quality customer service.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide superior
service to our clients by promptly responding to their inquiries
and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Complete payments on
behalf of our clients, both in person and by phone, for all
active Personal lines accounts and Commercial renewal payments.
Commercial payments will be directed to Agency Management as
received.
- Payment processing
includes, but is not limited to, providing receipts and proof of
insurance as requested by the clients, in addition to posting,
attaching and updating the client file for personal lines
accounts.
- Individual
receptionist is responsible for maintaining a daily payment
transmittal with upload reports for personal lines policies
which will be remitted to accounting on a daily basis.
- Distribute all
incoming faxes to the appropriate departments.
- Assist office manager
or other agency personnel when necessary.
- Perform additional
functions at the direction of Agency Management.
- Ability to handle high
call volume
PERFORMANCE DIMENSIONS:
- High school
diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bi-lingual in
Spanish preferred
- Two years
experience in customer service
- Position is
subject to a background check
- Cash handling
experience required
- Computer
experience necessary
- Multi Line Phone
